Jan Studesville

The members of Women In Focus, Inc. have suffered a great loss of our sister-friend and founding member Janet Studesville, and husband Alfonso. Jan was an active force in the Madison Community. Jan has served Women In Focus since 1983. At the time of her death, Jan was President-elect. She was passionate about supporting the educational goals of the youth in this community. Jan enjoyed chairing our Women In Focus Scholarship Reception Committee, where we recognized scholars for their academic achievements. Her dedication and leadership helped propel the organization to much success over the years. WIF will award a named scholarship in honor of Jan and Al Studesville in the spring of 2014.
